Message to our Customers and Guests

To Our Valued Customers and Guests,

We are incredibly honoured to have served you over these challenging times recently. Our mission has always been to provide our Customers and Guests with exceptional culinary experiences in the safest environment possible.

In times of crisis, our community, customers and guests have counted on us to provide meals to vulnerable and isolated seniors, to be the local certified kitchen for the Meals on Wheels program and to stay open as an essential service.

We have been following the guidance of Health Canada, Ontario Ministry of Health and Grey Bruce Region Health Unit and taking necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our customers, Guests and our team. We would like to share with you the enhanced steps we are taking to keep you safe in addition to our strict sanitization standards already in place.

  1. Increased frequency of sanitizing menus, tables, chairs, door handles, railings, and other contact surfaces.
  2. Ensuring that all staff wear non-medical masks, and other PPE to protect themselves and guests.
  3. Reinforcing frequent and effective handwashing standards for all staff
  4. Increased availability and supply of Hand Sanitizer for our Guests and Team Members
  5. Strategic removal of tables to insure adequate social distancing.
  6. Salt and Pepper shakers, mugs, etc have been removed from our tables and will be available only on request, and sanitized after use
  7. Constant communication with each of our Team Members regarding Covid-19 protocols
  8. If any member of our staff is sick or displaying any symptoms, they will refrain from work until the symptoms have fully cleared and they have been cleared by a health professional to return to work.
  9. Social Distancing markers along our floor.
  10. We encourage our guests wear masks when in our shared areas, where social distancing is difficult, and take your familiar safety precautions that you currently practise in public areas.
  11. We value our Customers, Guests, Team Members and the communities that we serve. We may ask you for contact information of your guests which may be at the request of the Grey Bruce Region Health Unit. This will be for contact tracing purposes.
  12. We kindly request that Guests refrain from dining with us if they feel unwell.

We will continue to monitor new developments, taking guidance from Health Canada, Ontario Ministry of Health and the Grey Bruce Region Health Unit and we will continue to evolve our safety and sanitation standards as needed.

Thank you for your continued support.
